Beyond Presentation: Sustaining Artistic Futures.
How can we support artists beyond the moment of presentation? In a context where funding is shrinking, and international mobility is increasingly limited, how do we create visibility and sustain artistic practices without relying on touring as the primary model of circulation and survival—often at the cost of precarity and extraction? This conversation shifts the focus toward long-term support structures. How can artists, festivals, and institutions collectively take responsibility for building conditions for continuity? What alternative formats, relationships, and infrastructures can move us away from extractive models and toward more sustainable, reciprocal, and regenerative ways of working?
